Hello, my name is Logan Monk. I am excited to work with you and help you reach your goals. Working on my personal fitness journey has helped me overcome battles in my life both physically and mentally, and my passion is helping people find that for themselves.

How it works:

  1. You will complete your FREE consultation below and video / phone call to discuss your goals and how we would achieve them together.

  2. You will purchase a 12 week or 16 week program, whichever fits your goals (you can always extend that longer once your program is up). I do a minimum of three months because I feel that is how long it takes to truly have a big impact.

  3. Upon payment you will receive an email confirmation with a more detailed questionnaire. Return this questionnaire to loganmonk@elevateexercise.net

  4. I will use this questionnaire to tailor your plan specifically to you. All of your programming, diet information, and check in photos will be on google drive.

  5. We will also have a weekly check-in video call where we discuss exercise form, programming, diet, etc. You will also have unlimited access to my WhatsApp to send videos, questions, and other communication.

Client Requirements:

  1. You must own a scale.

  2. You must be disciplined to put in the work.

  3. You are responsible to make the scheduled weekly check-in. It is incredibly important to the coaching system.
